Because these terms are not only one anatomical organ but they are include many physiological systems in the body. Such as TCM Kidneys are not only responsible for urinary system but they relate to the brain and nerve, endocrine system, skeletal system, hematological system etc.
The most important is that these functional systems are not separate from each other but they work together so when one system cannot normally work it would be effect to other one or various systems.
